MULTI mode is a setting that enables the flash to go off multiple times per click. You can adjust how many times the flash fires in one exposure
A cool way to create multiple exposures

Rear Curtain Flash

Rear curtain sync fires the flash at the end of the exposure and in low light situations can create some very cool effects that give you a unique combination of light trials and freezing action.
